Chroma Blocks – Privacy Policy

Chroma Blocks (package games.colomb.chromablocks, "the game") is published by Colomb Games INT, a trade name of METIN KOCA MK BILISIM, Akmerkez Apartmanı No:54-8, Kültür Mahallesi, Nispetiye Caddesi, 34337 Beşiktaş, İstanbul, Türkiye ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information is processed when you play.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask for your name, e-mail address or any account. Your game progress (scores, coins, settings and the current board) is stored only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the game. We do not operate servers that receive your personal data.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game is free and shows ads served by Google AdMob. To show, measure and protect ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:

• Device identifiers such as the advertising ID and app set ID
• IP address, which may be used to estimate your approximate location
• Ad interactions (impressions, taps, video views) and app launches
• Diagnostic information (crash logs, performance data)

3. Your choices

• In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options inside the game.
• You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalisation, in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
• Rewarded videos are always optional.

4. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep no personal data on our own servers. Uninstalling the game removes all locally stored data. For data processed by Google, see the links above. For any request about your data (including under KVKK / GDPR), write to the address below.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
